Job Description


The Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst position is responsible to lead and drive Six Sigma projects through the DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve, control) stages to deliver significant operational improvement and financial benefit in support of the organization. 



  • Partner with Process Owners and Business Leaders to drive results (e.g. efficiency, profitability) across Finance Shared Services by identifying opportunities for process improvement and initiating projects using quality tools and concepts.
  • Monitor performance and improvements through key metrics as defined by Business Leadership
  • Apply an analytical/quantitative approach to problem solving by obtaining and using data from disparate sources
  • Assist in development and facilitation of training and communications to help teams take a process improvement focused perspective in order to build the culture of change
  • Act as a technical expert, coach and train Green/Yellow Belts certification programs
  • Assist in problem-solving on related topics between user departments, warehouses and suppliers/customers by performing a variety of root cause analysis.
  • Collaborates with cross functional areas to develop and maintain performance metrics, measurements, methods and targets
  • Performs other job duties as required.

Job Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or Equivalent
  • DMAIC/Lean Green or Black Belt certified


  • 5-7 years’ experience
  • System Implementation preferred


  • Outstanding analytical skills (numerical, verbal)
  • Strong Financial, Operations and Business Background
  • Strong business acumen
  • Project Management/Process Improvement strongly preferred


  • Must be self-driven and very motivated
  • Strong analytical, organizational and relationship skills
  • Must be comfortable working in an ever changing environment and working with constantly changing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, diplomacy and judgment
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints as well as handle a number of tasks simultaneously required
  • Strong teamwork ethic, positive, proactive, flexible attitude and ability to take complete ownership of responsibilities
  • Advanced skillset in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access and related software applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
